SHIPPING POLICY
At Sporture, we work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Final delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene reasons, certain wearable items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange or received a defective item, please contact our support team at contact@sportureshop.com.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
